Playing offline you will face an NPC version of the boss which isn’t particularly difficult. The only attack you have to watch out for is when he summons 5 yellow orbs which are homing shots so keep your distance for easier dodging of this move. Playing in the best and most artistic way possible puts you in a dark and stressful world with a high degree of difficulty and challenges you, but as much as it is challenging and punishing, it is also rewarding. Players who grab this weapon from either Upper Latria or by killing Black Phantom Ostrava will realize that it caters more to players who decide to use magic. Events happen, enemies move, new enemies appear, NPC quests spawn, and more depending on what actions you have taken in your game world.
